Win, don't whine [TMR #50]

When things don’t go your way, win anyway. Don’t whine.

Don’t complain that the refs didn’t call the shot. I guarantee that you’d be silent if the refs called it the other way.

How about instead of blaming the refs for the game-losing call that you blame yourself for playing such a close game?

Just go out there and win.

Point at nobody but yourself when things go wrong.

Take full responsibility.

You’re the reason you are stuck.

I’m the reason I’m stuck.

God is the reason I’m successful.

I take ownership of losses and give thanks for the wins.

You HAVE to adopt this mentality because default human nature works the opposite.

You accept glory for the wins and blame others for the losses.

That is a recipe for FAILURE.
